No matter how one looks at it, this season will go down as one of the show's best. Bryan, known for being on Disney's show "Cheetah Girls," excelled from week one and continued the streak all the way until week six. But the judges did not like her final performance; judge Len Goodman said, "It was all too hard, it was too aggressive."
"We had a lot of advice from other celebrities and producers that told us that if we came out too strong in the beginning that it could have a backlash." Bryan said in a Good Morning America interview on Oct. 31. "Mark and I wanted to be true to ourselves and we did the best performances we could have."
On the ABC.com message boards it was obvious that many fans of the show were surprised about the result of last week's vote. Several posters started online petitions hoping it would help Bryan get back on the show. Other posters stated that not all their votes went through. To this date, there have been no reports from ABC about problems with their voting system.
Bryan and her partner Mark Ballas were top competitors for the first few weeks along with fellow competitor Helio Castroneves and his partner, defending champion Julianne Hough.
Judge Bruno Tonioli has some advice for viewers of the show. "You got to vote, nobody's safe," he said.

It is only a television show. A bad television show at that. Students should stop wasting their time voting for who is going to win a dance competition when they need to be paying attention to what is happening in politics. (Continued…)
