The weather on Halloween morning was blustery and brisk, but a core of about a dozen students intensely interested in the process for allocating the $87.92 activity fee assessed annually of each full-time student was not deterred. There were questions for the people who make the decisions.

Democracy Plaza, the IUPUI gathering place under the walkways at the center of campus, was the site for this Town Hall meeting sponsored by Undergraduate Student Government.

The student fee allocation process has changed this year. One of the purposes of the meeting was to explain those changes.
